Fluent in English, French and Italian, Caroline Duprot-Blake comes to Lee Realty Group with the perfect blend of global perspective, cultural depth and retail sales experience. Featured as a soloist ballerina from 1996 through her retirement in 2011, she won silver medals at both the Concours de Grasse and Concours de Bordeaux and took 1st place at the Chausson d’Or de Paris and Concours de Carpeau. She danced for the English National Ballet, Royal Ballet of Covent Garden London, and the American Ballet Theatre. Caroline performed principal roles in ballet classics like Swan Lake, Giselle, Romeo and Juliet, Don Quixote, and The Nutcracker. She was also cast in the Oscar nominated feature film, Black Swan. In addition to her own success as a principal dancer, Caroline was often asked by other principal dancers to perform at galas and charities around the globe. After retirement, Caroline continued to practice her art as a ballet instructor as the owner of Ballet Studio CD developed in collaboration with Dancer’s Development of the London Royal Ballet. There she managed all aspects of the company’s operation including budgeting, marketing, student curriculum development and instruction. During this time, she also began her retail sales career in a month-long mentorship program for Lanvin of New York where she again demonstrated her discipline and drive by learning all aspects of sales, style, materials, and pricing dynamics in this high-end fashion boutique. Building from this mentorship experience, Caroline worked as a retail sales specialist in New York City’s flagship retail stores that included Club Monaco and Barneys New York. Here she once again demonstrated her performance prowess with awards and recognition. At Club Monaco, she was recognized as the leading sales associate with over $130,000 in monthly gross sales ($1100 per client). At Barneys New York, Caroline was the Brand Ambassador for Lanvin and achieved annual sales in excess of $2,000,000. In 2015
